Exceptional Masonry solved a major water infiltration problem by removing and replacing doorway sealant, sealing granite joints with flexible urethane caulking, excavating and repairing the foundation with structural mortar, applying vapor barrier, and installing perimeter drainage. We also demolished the concrete walkway and installed new Unilock pavers with proper drainage. The homeowner went from getting buckets of water in their home after every heavy rain to having a completely dry area, plus an attractive new walkway with better accessibility.
