This basement restoration project required more than simply covering up signs of water damage. We addressed the underlying moisture and masonry issues before restoring the space with a durable, finished flooring system.

Our work included basement waterproofing, masonry wall restoration, and mold remediation to help create a cleaner, drier, and better-protected basement. Deteriorated areas of the masonry walls were repaired and prepared before the waterproofing system was installed.

Once the masonry and waterproofing work was complete, we installed a two-part epoxy basement floor to provide a durable, seamless, and easy-to-maintain finished surface. We also completed minor carpentry repairs needed to bring the project together.

At Exceptional Masonry & Waterproofing, we specialize in solving basement water and masonry problems at their source. From leaking and deteriorated foundation walls to drainage, waterproofing, masonry restoration, and epoxy flooring, we can handle multiple phases of a basement restoration under one contractor.
